Maung Aung Than Soe, the victim

Maung Aung Than Soe (37) a resident of Maepa village in Mae Sot was demanded by four people to buy alcohol for them when he was on his way to shop near Maepa chinese cemetary at about 8pm on November 22, 2010. And, he did so. However, on his way back, these people accompanying to take him home beat him and took his phone and 1000baht. By the help of the neighbors he was taken to Mae Sot hospital aftermath. He came to PVA and asked for justice on November 23.
