Ma Aye Mya Thin, a widow with three children

Ma Aye Mya Thin (30) a mother of three namely Ma Aye Thandar (9), Ma Mya Thandar (7) and Thuzar Moe (3) had to move in with her mother and struggle the survival of the whole family in Burma after her husband had passed away three years ago. A year ago, she took a risk coming to Mae Sot to look for better life by staying with the relatives.

In Mae Sot, no relative welcomed her with three children to stay in. When a PVA member saw her crying on the street, he had reported to PVA. And, PVA took good care of her to work at a clothing factory, while it arranged to send the childern to a school by the help of a Mon women’s organization named O.M.W.O.
