Solving the salary dispute

Ma Phyu Win (18), who worked for Phidan sewing factory in Monttigone, came to PVA and asked for help to get her salary back from her employer on February 15, 2012.

The employer giving Ma Phyu Win’s salary

Ma Phyu Win said, “I worked at Phidan sewing factory. I request for a week off for an emergency situation. The employer refused to it and told me to quit instead. Also, the employer told me that I won’t get my salary.”
PVA had transferred her case to Sawadeekan office for further legal action. Due to the pressure of PVA and the Sawadeekan office, the employer came to PVA office and handed Ma Phyu Win’s salary over to her finally.
