A handicap named Maung Aung Saw Htike (26) a resident of Oatkyin quarter Thipaw Township in Northern Shan state, Burma, had lost both feet. He had to struggle for the survival all by himself after both of his parents were murdered when he was 11 years old while studying the fourth grade. When he was 22, both of his feet were cut off due to the blood clots complication. He still worked gathering and piling the sands and stone for living. A month and half ago, a man named Zaw Win came to Thipaw and told him that he could get a security job paying 100,000kyat/month at a rubber plantin farm in Mae Sot. Aung Saw Htike had pawned his house for 200,000kyat and gather more than 100,000kyat from his sympathyzers. And, he gave all the money in total of more than 300,000kyat to Zaw Win so that he could go with him to Mae Sot.

When they reached to Mae Sot after crossing Myawaddy bridge, Zaw Win told him that he would go to get some rice, and disappeared. Zaw Win took all his money and other properties. After living at the Kyatkhettaw monastery in Myawaddy about a month, Maung Aung Saw Htike came to PVA and asked for help. Therefore, PVA would like to urge the community to donate Maung Aung Saw Htike, a handicap, who was in deep trouble now.
