The parallel love searching to own the son

On March 25, 2012, Ko Zaw Htu, a resident of 97 hill in Myawaddy in Burma, came to PVA office and asked for the return of his adopted son. According to him, he had legally adopted Moe Min Khant (6) since the child was 5 months old. He had made the legal documents and agreement at Mummy gate in Myawaddy in this regard. On March 4, the biological father named Ko Saw Se Nay requested him to allow his son for a week visit, and he agreed to it. However, the child was never returned to him and nowhere to be found until March 25. He had produced the legal document and the official family lists to PVA as a proof.
After the thorough investigation was made, PVA found out that Ko Saw Se Nay had been living in Naunkhayo region in Thailand. The PVA central office officials and the committee members of Maetaomai region reported and requested for help to the village head, Karen National Union KNU and Karen Youths Organization KYO in this regard on March 27, 2012. Although PVA couldn’t find the accused right away, KNU, KYO and the head of the village promised it to bring him into the justice. On March 29, they reported to PVA that they had found both biological father and son Waekalar village. PVA members went to the Waekalar village and brought back the child. Finally, it had managed to hand over the child to his foster father and mother.
