PVA investigating
On March 12, 2011, at midnight two neighbors Ko Kyaw Moe and Ma Than Aye family and U Htun and Daw Pain family living in Quarter.9, Maekulum village, had engaged in the verbal fights. Ah-nge Kaung, a family member of U Htun, lost his little finger by the knife-cutting of Ma Than Aye. Thus, the regional authorities asked PVA for help.
PVA investigated both parties, and ordered Ma Than Aye to pay for the damage while letting her to sign the promissory note agreeing not to do it again. Also, it had managed to move Ma Than Aye family to the other place, where they could find another job, upon the request of the regional authority.
