The person who kept the stolen property punched the owner with the ironfist

Ko Maung Maung Myint a Burmese muslim owned a TV, the electronic wares and telephone repair shop. One day , his employee stole his CD player and sold it to Eisut at a cheap price. Eisut a Thai muslim man spoke Burmese.

Coincidently Eisut invited Ko Maung Maung Myint and showed his CD player by asking if he was interested in buying it. By explaining that it was his CD player stolen and sold by his employee, Ko Maung Maung Aye politely offered him to pay the same price as his employee had sold. He finally left after his offer was denied by Eisut.

On his way back, Eisut following him with a motor cycle punched him in the head with an ironfist. When Eisut said,”I’m a Thai citizen. You can go any organization to presscharge me.”, Ko Maung Maung Myint replied, “Yes I’m a Burmese. But, I have my people’s organization to protect me.” The incident occured at 6pm on March 22, 2011.

After he arrived at PVA office, Ko Maung Maung Myint was treated to stop bleeding and brought to the police for the presscharge. The police officer in consultation with PVA finally order Eisut to pay for the damage and greivance.
